This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 271 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 271 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the 271 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. 271 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
The 271 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from using such services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these age and eligibility requirements.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 271 platform. Information provided at registration — including full name, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and truthful. Accounts found to be using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact 271's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the 271 platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Attempts to access another user's account, manipulate the system, or use automated software to interact with the platform are strictly forbidden.
271 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a specified amount. Documents that may be required include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
All financial transactions on the 271 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
Deposits are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Wallet section of your account. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Withdrawals are subject to the minimum limits set and any applicable verification process. 271 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation into suspicious account activity. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements set out separately for each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus credits being forfeited.
271 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform, including financial losses from betting activities. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 271 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors.
271 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Suspended accounts will not be able to access their balance or carry out any transactions until the investigation is concluded.
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, and materials relating to the 271 platform are the exclusive property of 271 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without express written consent from 271.
Where the 271 platform contains links or references to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for convenience only. 271 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
271 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 271 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 271's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
